New York Law School staff, students, and faculty may use this form to submit requests for creative services to the Office of Marketing and Communications. Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible, indicating "NA" if you do not have the information requested. Press the "Submit" button at the end of the form to generate your request.
All projects go through editing and design before a department’s first review.
Please use the production timeline below to determine your project due date:
Step 1: Editing and Design
· Poster/postcard based on previous design: allow 2–3 days before department's first review
· Poster/postcard based on new design: allow 4–5 days before department's first review
· 3 panel (or less) brochure based on previous design: allow 1 week before department's first review
· 3 panel (or less) brochure based on new design: allow 10 days before department's first review
· For bigger projects, such as larger brochures and event materials, you will be contacted by the Assistant Director of Creative Services with a production schedule.
Step 2: Department Review/Approval Process
Please allow 1-2 days turnaround time for each set of revisions depending on the size of the project.
Step 3: Printing/Production
All printed pieces, with the exception of elevator posters, will take the additional days to print. For mailing, please add 2-3 days to the below schedule.
· 6-8 business days for postcards
· 8-10 business days for small size brochures
· For bigger projects, such as larger brochures and event materials, you will be contacted by the Assistant Director of Creative Services with a delivery date.
Amelia Jonakait, Assistant Director of Creative Services, will be in touch with you as soon as your form is received, and will keep you informed on the status of your publication as it moves through the production process.
