Certain courses (clinics, externships, workshops, Explaining Law to the Public and Real Estate Reporter) have limited enrollment.  To see a list of these courses, please refer to http://intranet.nyls.edu/pages/2267.asp. These courses have an application procedure, and you will be allowed to register for these courses only with the approval of the course professor. Applications are available starting Monday, March 17, at http://intranet.nyls.edu/pages/2267.asp and are due Friday, April 4, 2008.  A list of accepted students will be posted on the intranet on April 10, and you will be allowed to register for the course during your designated registration time slot when registration begins.

The limited enrollment courses except for Explaining Law to the Public and Real Estate Reporter, are all binding registration courses (BRC), meaning: if you are selected and register for the course, you may drop the course only under extraordinary circumstances and with the permission of the Office of Academic Affairs and the Office of Lawyering Skills or the professor.  Under any circumstance, the absolute final day to drop a BRC course is June 30, 2008 (fall 2008 BRC courses) and October 20, 2008 (Spring 2009 BRC courses).
