Accounting, Data Analysis and Financial Reporting for Lawyers

The course covers accounting techniques in the contexts in which a lawyer is likely to confront accounting issues. It provides knowledge of fundamental accounting techniques and principles of recordation, presentation, and analysis of financial data. Students will also learn how to analyze various SEC disclosure documents, including SEC Form 10-K.

This course is graded on a pass/fail basis.
