This writing and research course teaches the skills needed to draft various documents in the context of labor and employment administrative proceedings and litigation. Drafting assignments may include pleadings, motions, discovery requests, position papers, briefs, and/or settlement agreements.

This course satisfies the Writing Requirement. It does not satisfy the Experiential Learning Requirement. Enrollment is limited.
