Come hear a discussion between Michael Mezzacappa ’98, Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP and Co-Head of its Private Credit Group, and Institute Director and Professor Howard S. Meyers about the growth of private credit funds as an alternative lender to companies and businesses, the role of lawyers in private credit, the regulatory structure overseeing such lending, and advice for students interested in this area of practice.
