Hear from a panel of alumni who are currently in-house attorneys whose work involves substantial federal regulatory and administrative law. 

Kerri Kirschbaum ’07, is the State Regulatory Affairs Director at Consolidated Edison Company of New York where she leads a team that facilitates and harmonizes Con Edison’s interactions with the Department of Public Service, New York State Public Service Commission, and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. Before joining Con Edison, Kirschbaum worked at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General as an attorney representing the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. 

Claude Aiken ’08, is the Chief Strategy Officer/Chief Legal Officer for Nextlink Internet and leads the company’s legal and strategic market development work. Prior to Nextlink, he was President and CEO of WISPA, leading the association to significant growth in budget, membership, and relevance. Aiken joined WISPA after nearly a decade at the Federal Communications Commission, where he served as advisor to political appointees and held senior leadership positions throughout the Commission.
