In the dawn of the artificial intelligence era, this discussion focuses on the attributes that will help future IP and technology-focused attorneys grow successful private practices.
Friedrich Laub ’10 is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice group of Armstrong Teasdale, an AmLaw200 firm. He helps develop global IP and patent strategies regarding biopharmaceuticals, and advises on IP transactional matters. Laub was previously vice president and global head of IP at a multinational medical company and a senior corporate counsel at a global pharmaceutical company. He is fluent in German and holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a Ph.D. in molecular biology from Freie Universität Berlin.
