Join John Marshall Harlan II Professor of Law Penelope Andrews and Professor of Law and Director of the Wilf Impact Center for Public Interest Law Richard D. Marsico in a conversation with David Hinojosa, Director of the Educational Opportunities Project at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

The discussion will focus on how the trajectory of affirmative action has been impacted by the recent Supreme Court decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina and Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard. Hinojosa will talk about his experience arguing on behalf of student intervenors in the UNC case before the Supreme Court. The speakers will consider the future of diversity initiatives and whether they help meet the goal of equity in higher education.
